With the New Mobility Parade We want to ensure that electric light mobility finally gets the importance in the transport transition that it deserves.
As the DLR already published in 2021, up to 57 million tons of CO2 could be saved annually by using a mix of electric light vehicles, and that's if only the routes under 20 km were replaced. This potential is virtually untapped because citizens know too little about the new forms of mobility and are also not familiar with the vehicle landscape.
In addition, we see e-light mobility as a positive link between the bicycle and automobile factions, which are at odds in the political discourse, because the diverse vehicle landscape of the LEV sector has a solution for every need. In particular, also for the often forgotten target group of senior citizens. In addition, e-light vehicles are also particularly cheap to purchase and maintain, because they only use around 1/3 of the resources and are also tax-free.
It is therefore time for the e-mobility industry to get involved in the political discourse, make demands and communicate them to the outside world.
That's why we're driving a 20-kilometer circuit through Berlin on September 21, 2024.
